
AEHT European Conference
This international conference and competition is held annually in a different European country and welcomes approximately 1,100 students, teachers, jury members, and school directors. Over the course of five days, students from hospitality and tourism schools across various countries compete in 14 disciplines, such as restaurant and kitchen techniques, hotel management, bakery, and tourism. The 450 participants from 24 countries are randomly paired with students from other nations, making collaboration in English an essential part of the competition.
The conference is not solely focused on competition and winning, but primarily on European cooperation and intercultural exchange. This gathering brings together young people (aged 17–18) from 150 schools in 44 countries, fostering international connections and supporting professional growth.
